This April, in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Child Abuse Prevention Month, The Body Works is celebrating 20 incredible years in business by giving back to the community. To mark this milestone, we are hosting two major fundraising events to support PDC, with a goal of raising over $2,000 throughout the month.

All month long, The Body Works! will match donations brought to our office to benefit the Pee Dee Coalition—doubling the impact of every contribution!

💰Self-Defense Classes & community social

Make sure to mark this date on your calendar for Classes & Social: Saturday, April 26th at FUNKY FLOW FITNESS AND JIU JITSU  (167 North Dargan St, Florence, SC)! 

Self-Defense Classes: 10-11:30 AM and 1:30–3 PM. Register at links below.

STRETCHING

This dynamic assisted stretch session will work out your joint and muscle kinks. Our techniques of assisted and dynamic stretching may provide you with increased range of motion, blood flow and body awareness. Whether you are a hard core athlete or a couch potato, our stretch sessions are ideal for you. Our bodies are meant to move, so let us help you do that better. All sessions are completely clothed and you’ll be taught stretches that you can continue on your own time.
